As I sit down to write this adoption story from start to new beginning, I am overwhelmed with so many emotions. This truly has been a life-changing experience for myself and my family for which we are eternally grateful.

Over the last five years, we have tried unsuccessfully to grow our family. Cameron was always open to the idea of adoption, but I guess I never imagined myself I adopting, so it wasn't something I was really interested in pursuing. After meeting friends and hearing there incredible adoption stories, I became more and more open to learning more about it.

About four months ago, a dear friend of mine shared her experience of adoption in her testimony. I instantly felt the incredible love that comes from our Heavenly Father through the process of adoption. The next day, I started researching what it takes. I talked to Cameron about how I felt and of course, he was on board. After a couple of days, I was still interested in the idea of adoption, but I felt the need to take a step back and wait. I was very confused and didn't understand why I had such a strong impression to be open to it while at the same time, not feeling the need to take the steps necessary to adopt.

The following week, I was talking with a friend who mentioned she knew someone who was pregnant and considering adoption. She asked if Cameron and I had ever considered it. This friend told me that as soon as she knew this mother was looking into adoption, she thought of our family. I was certainly touched and so grateful that she would think of us.

Over the next couple of months, I corresponded with the mother through our mutual contact. At one point, I felt that if this were going to happen, I needed to speak with the mother directly. I got her phone number and put it away for safekeeping.

A few days later, I was driving to pick up Sara from school and felt the strong impression to call her. As she answered the phone and I explained who I was, she told me that just the night before, she and her mom had been discussing her adoption plan and she knew she needed to get in touch with me. She was grateful I called because it was difficult for her to accept this outcome even though she knew it what was best.

We sat down a few days later to get to know each other and talk about what the process might look like. They explained that the baby would be arriving in the next four weeks. But first we needed to know for sure that it is what God wanted for our family. Cameron and I both prayed intently for answers. We both came to the understanding that this was a blessing from our Heavenly Father and a great miracle in our lives.

The birth mom invited us to her next doctors appointment where I was able to hear the heartbeat. I instantly felt overwhelmed with love for this baby. There was a lot of anxiety and nervousness leading up to her arrival. But we were confident that this little angel was meant for our family.

The next several weeks were spent shopping, organizing, and putting things together in preparation for her arrival. From the very beginning there were countless experiences that continued to remind us that this is Heavenly Father's plan.

About a week before Meg was born, we sat Sara down and told her she was going to be a big sister. She was beaming with joy and excitement. That will always be one of my favorite moments in time. We knew we needed to keep it a secret until after the adoption papers were signed. That was extremely difficult because we wanted to share the news and excitement with our friends and family. Sara was amazing at keeping the secret. Although I know she was bursting on the inside and glowing on the outside.

The birth mother was scheduled for a C-section on June 5, 2014. We arrived at the hospital early that morning with great anticipation. We could not wait to meet our baby girl! I was able to go back to the recovery room and hold Meg shortly after she was born. He didn't know what it would feel like to hold her, but I felt an instant connection and an overwhelming feeling of love for this little girl.

The next five days, I spent at the hospital caring for her and spending time with the birth mom. I grew to understand and love her even more knowing what kind of sacrifice she was making. Cameron and Sara came up as often as they could and thanks to amazing friends, I was able to stay at the hospital those five days.

We are so thankful for the love and support from our friends and family both here and all over the world. We truly feel your joy and love for us through this incredible experience.

On June 12, 2014 the papers were officially signed. We are so thankful for this amazing miracle in our lives and for this angel girl, Meg.

We know that it is through small and simple things that great things are brought to pass and this has truly manifested that for us. There are countless experiences, people, opportunities and blessings that have brought us here. And while in and of themselves may be small and even somewhat insignificant, we know they are what brought this miracle in to our lives and for that, we are eternally thankful. Families are forever and Meg is part of our forever family. No empty chairs...

Someone at our house is turning 5 tomorrow and it's kind of a big deal. Part of me is freaking out that Sara will be 5 and part of me is so excited for her. The part of me freaking out is the part that's realizing if she's 5, I'm going to be 33 soon and that just sounds weird. I still feel like I'm 22 and if I were, I could have been a star on Teen Mom. But since I'm not actually 22, but 32....

I feel like the luckiest mom alive to have this 5 year old as part of me.

This past fall, Sara started in a Montessori Kindergarten program set up for kids with birthdays in the 'too young for kindergarten, but too old for preschool' group. She had completed 2 years of preschool prior and loved it, but she was ready for something more.

She started in a half day program and begged to be put in full-day. After a couple of weeks, we decided to make the switch. I was really nervous about it for many reasons, but have since felt like it was the right decision for her and for us.

The same day she started all day school is the same day I went back to work. I am working around 25 hours a week for a Commercial Leasing company leasing retail and office space at 7 centers all over the Phoenix area. I really love it. There are days when I wish I could be doing the whole 'stay at home mom' thing full-time, but I am excited about my opportunity to use my brain for more than memorizing the lyrics to the Doc McStuffins theme song or coloring inside the lines. Not that those things aren't important too, I mean, who doesn't love to sing, "Check your ears, check your eyes, find out how much you've grown. Time for your check-up!"

C also got a new job recently and is really excited about it. He is currently in the training process, but very impressed with the company and the people he gets to work with. He will be the Director of Business Development for a Property Management company in Gilbert. They are brand new to the area from Texas and C is excited about getting on board with their growth.

Back to the little one... I love spending afternoons with her riding bikes, playing games, and making treats. She has grown up so much in the last few months and has been learning a lot at school. I am so proud of the little person she is and so excited about the big person she will become. She is so smart, caring, thoughtful, active, friendly, and curious. She asks me the most amazing questions and I am constantly in awe at the way she processes information and creates new ideas.

She loves to read and she recently started sewing. She has been making lots of little pillows for her dolls. She is still a mother hen and loves being around babies. She has a great memory and loves to learn how to do new things. She is also very independent and determined to do things on her own, which makes sense given who her mother is. We have so much fun together watching movies, playing ladder golf, soccer, painting, shopping, eating, and coloring. She loves to travel and calls herself a 'beach baby'. Sara really does love the beach and everything about it from the sand to the creepy crawlies to the waves... she really is a beach baby.

It's been a summer of traveling to Utah, Oregon, and California. A summer of swimming at the pool, a summer of baking cookies in the car (yes, Cameron actually did this), a summer of spending time with family and friends, a summer of dance, a summer of fun and a summer of loss - for friends and family.

As I reflect back on the memories of this summer, it's been an emotional one. There are a lot of things that have happened that have caused me to reflect on what's really important, why I'm here, what my purpose is a wife, mother, daughter, child of God. I've thought a lot of about how to express and how much to share about the last few months. I'll do my best.

Some of you may know that earlier this year I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polytheistic Ovarian Syndrome) I do not have cysts on my ovaries, although that is common with this disease. I started noticing shortly after Sara was born that something felt different with my body. Some women with this disease suffer agonizing pain, physical deformations, and other extreme symptoms. I am fortunate to have had small physical changes. One of those changes is alopecia, in which my hair comes out in large clumps at a time. Another one of those physical effects has been my inability to stay pregnant. In the last 3 years, we have experienced the loss of 3 embryos. Although it's been hard to accept, I know that those little bodies were not ready to come to Earth and that Heavenly Father's plan is much bigger than ours. We may not be able to have another baby and if we do, that will be amazing and we will love him/her as much as we love our treasure girl, Sara. And if we don't, that is okay too.

It's taken me a long time to say that is okay too. Because I really believe it is. And I'm not sure why this has happened or what we need to learn from this, but what I do know is that we have one amazing little girl who lights up our life. She brings more joy than I could ever imagine. I call her my treasure girl, because she is that. And I treasure every moment of every day with her.
Early in the summer we went to visit my parents in Utah. While we were there, my dad was called as a Stake Patriarch for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. With this calling comes great responsibility, But my dad is the most wise, humble, and Christlike man I know and he will do all he can to fulfill his duties and more.
My parents also announced that they received a call to serve as the MTC President of the Madrid, Spain Missionary Training Center. My dad will serve as President of the MTC and my mom will be the Relief Society President - the women's organization of the church. This is a most perfect calling for them both. My parents are passionate about missionary work and serving our Heavenly Father. I have had friends say, "Aren't you disappointed they're going to be leaving again?" No. Not even a little. I will miss them, yes, but I am so grateful they will have this opportunity to serve. Even more so, I am so excited for the hundreds of young men and young women from all over the world that will have the chance to meet them, be with them, learn from them, feel their Spirit, and feel the love of our Heavenly Father through their love.
After our visit to Utah, we received word that Cameron's Grandpa Bunt passed away. We traveled up to Oregon to be a part of his services. It was great to be there and I am glad Cameron had a chance to spend that time with his family that we don't see often. The services were sweet and it was great to share that time with Sara, as well.
We then traveled to San Francisco and spent a few days before heading down to Santa Barbara to see my dear Aunt Alisa. She is so much fun and we had a great time visiting the beach, eating yummy food, totally taking over her cute little bungalow apartment, and exploring SB.

Following our month of travel, we stayed close to home and spent time at the pool and with friends. Although I don't necessarily feel my feet firmly rooted here in Mesa, we have made some of the dearest friends. We are so lucky to have an amazing ward family, dear neighbors, and sweet friends. Sara loves to play with the girls all around us and is so lucky to have friends from such wonderful families.
Some other friends of our have experienced other great losses these past few months, as well. My heart breaks for them. It aches for them to feel peace and comfort, but I know they will in due time. I am so grateful to know of a God who loves us, each individually and as a whole. I truly believe that He wants us to be happy. He blesses us with people in our lives and experiences to teach us about this incredible love. I know He lives.
As we come to an end of this amazing summer and I reflect on the life lessons I learn every day, I am happy to be a mom to an amazing girl, wife to a good man, and the daughter of righteous parents. I am happy to be me. I don't even remember what we have done for Easter since... ever. So I decided I would document this one... We had a fun, busy weekend. Saturday morning was the ward Easter Egg Hunt and breakfast. Sunday morning, Sara woke up to find her basket with a towel wrap, book on temples, color/sticker book for church, some lotion, fingernail polish and a few pieces of candy. We always end up with SO much candy at Easter time, that part I do remember. ;) So we went super low key on candy from the Easter Bunny this year. Sunday afternoon we went to have dinner with our friends, the Broadbents. They were with us in Nebraska for law school and their youngest is just a few days older than Sara. Plus, they are going to the same Montessori school this fall and I'm so excited!

We had a great Easter weekend and fun with good friends. It's already getting really hot down here, so we are looking forward to getting away for a few little trips this summer. Only a few more weeks of school and on to summer break!

First, my parents came and stayed for a few days and then some of our great friends, Chris and Leah Pobanz from Nebraska came and stayed for a week. They brought their 2 daughters, Kate and Becca. Sara loved having friends to play with every day. The weather was so nice and warm we went to the pool a few times. The water was freezing cold, but the girls didn't seem to mind. Here are a few pictures from the last several weeks...
Fun in the sun with our friends from Nebraska. We had such a great time and can't wait for them to come again next year. We spent 3 years in Lincoln, Nebraska and part of what made it so great were our friends. We love the Pobanz's and all the other lifelong friends we made while we were there. Anytime we get together, it's a good time... for sure!

We decided after spending the holidays at home, we would venture up
North to Utah for the New Year and to celebrate with Sara's oldest
cousin, Emmy, as she decided to get baptized. (more information)
We spent the first few days with Cameron's family playing in the snow
and then headed up to Heber to spend a few days with my family. It was
bitter cold, but we had a blast. It was especially sweet to be there to
support Miss Emmy and fun to see everyone.

Sara absolutely LOVED playing in the snow. She loved eating it, throwing it, stomping in it. When I asked her if she'd rather live in some place warm like Arizona or cold like Utah she said, "by the beach". So we're still a long ways off, but she is definitely my sunshine girl.

We all went bowling because it was just so cold outside and we had fun. Sara loves to bowl and even decided to bowl like a big girl this time without the ramp. Luckily we didn't drop the ball on any toes!
I went to a BYU basketball game with my Dad. The Cougars won and it was fun to spend the evening with my Daddy-O. I remember watching the BYU games at church when I was little because they had a huge satellite in back. We got to the game extra early just to watch them warm up. It was a great night and I'm glad I got to go. Thanks for sharing your ticket with me, Mom.
Darin and her kids were there when we visited, so Sara and Carly were inseparable. They played so well together and just love each other. They're only 3 months apart and Sara's got about an inch on Carly in height, but Carly's feet are about 2 sizes bigger. I'm excited to see these girls grow up together and stay the best of friends.

We had a great family picture taken at Emmy's baptism. It was so nice to be there and my brother did a great job baptizing his little girl. Emmy is the oldest grand child and first one to be baptized. It was a really special day. And Sara even said in the car on the way home after, "Wasn't that just the best day? I'm glad I got to see Emmy be baptismed."

We decided to stay in Arizona where it's nice and warm for Christmas this year. We had a really great holiday! I will say, it definitely felt like we were missing out a bit when I talked to my parents, brother and sister on Christmas. But we had a great day. We invited some friends over for dinner and Sara had a blast with all her new gifts. Here are a few pictures we took of the day:

This was the site before Sara saw it. A dollhouse given to use by very generous friends (Thanks again!!) and I made Sara a ballet barre out of PVC pipe and spray painted it pink. She is in love with it! I had another friend make some vinyl letters that say "To Sara, Love Mom" on one bar and "Dance Your Feet Silly" on another bar. It turned out great and was a fun project.
All in all we had a great Christmas and I was happy we got to spend the holiday together with the 3 of us. We hope to continue some of the new traditions and old traditions of our families every year.

So this is my lame attempt at cramming 3 blog posts in to one. But it has been a crazy month. I feel like as soon as October hits we are non-stop until after the first of the year. Maybe it's because of all the holidays, but I feel like it has more to do with the fact that it isn't a bazillion degrees outside, so when we're not sleeping or running errands - we are OUTSIDE! This is my favorite time of year in AZ, which is why we've decided to stay home for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. I am so excited to be able to really enjoy this whole fall/winter thing. Anyone that wants to come visit is welcome.

Early in October, Sara and I took a trip out to visit my parents in Utah for a couple of weeks. Cam joined us for a few days and we had a blast. Here are a few pictures of the trip:

Sara and her cousin, Eve, had a great time together all weekend keeping themselves busy during General Conference. It was so fun to spend the weekend with Aaron, Annika and the 3 girls!

One of Sara's favorite things in the whole world is the carousel and she was so excited she could ride it all by herself. Why she chose the rooster? I have no idea. Cock-a-doodle-doo!

While my parents were at a wedding in downtown SLC, I took Sara to the Church History Center. They had a really fun play area for kids. Sara loved playing in Nephi's boat!

We celebrated Sara's 4th birthday just a few weeks after we got home from Utah. She was so excited to turn 4 and was talking about it for months. She shares the same birthday as one of her best friends, Chloe. We did a low-key family thing and then a little get together at Peter Piper Pizza for her and her friends. Can't believe my little girl is already 4! She is such a joy and a treasure heart. I love being her Momma.

It's crazy to think this little treasure heart of mine has been ours for 4 years. She is an absolute joy (99% of the time) and I couldn't imagine our lives without her. We are the greatest of buddies and she goes with my everywhere. She is fun, creative, silly silly silly, and full of witty remarks and amazing negotiation skills. Apparently, that never happened. The party was really fun and I learned so much about other people and their favorite things, I thought it would be fun to share.

On a recent trip to California, Sara was watching Sound of Music (one of my favorite movies) and I was reminded of this list. I tracked it down and have decided to do what I planned to do last year and that is... a list of my favorite things. I'm sure you have some of your own favorites, but here are a few of mine:

1. Let me introduce to you, one of my dearest and treasured friends... Acne.org treatment gel. I've been using it for about 3 years and I could go on forever about how amazing it is and how much I love it. But the truth is, you just have to try it to believe me. It's been life changing. No, really, it has.

2. The show Parenthood. I absolutely love the characters in this show. Someone recently told me they thought this show was totally unrealistic having that many problems in one family, but I disagree. that's what makes it so likeable and relate-able. I haven't personally experienced a battle with cancer or my daughter going off to college, adoption or being a single parent but lots of people do or will in their lifetime. The family is endearing and easy to love.

3. Sara's preschool. I cannot say enough good things about her preschool, Busy Bee Preschool, by Ms. Nicole. It was recommended to me by a few friends and it has been absolutely perfect for Sara. She is in her second year and loves it! I am amazed at the crafts, activities, work sheets, and field trips her teacher provides - not to mention her love and patience with each child. I have referred several others to her as well and they have all been super happy with it.

4. These should be called chocolate covered 'sin'ammon bears because they are so delicious. Every time I go to Utah, I have to go visit the BYU Bookstore to buy a pound of these babies. I limit myself to one pound and try to make it last a few days. They are absolutely heavenly.

5. I have traveled all over the US to several major cities. I have been to 40 of the 50 states and lived in 8 of them. Of all the places I've traveled to and lived in, Chicago is my favorite. There is so much to see and do, the downtown is full of character and history, as well as art and shopping. It's just a really, really cool place and I'd love to live there.

6. TJ Maxx is one of my favorite stores. I love finding really cute stuff for a really great price. I get more compliments on my clothes from TJ Maxx than just about anywhere. Of course, I know the quality isn't great and my clothes don't last forever. But until I can afford to spend more money on clothing, I'm always happy and suprised with the cute stuff I find there. And their home store is really great too!

7. PicMonkey is my favorite web-site for editing photos. You can do some really fun things with them like adding backgrounds, text, or crazy colors. It's a really fun and mostly free way to make your pictures look great and fun too.

I have LOTS of favorite things, but these are the ones I can think of at this very moment. I'll post more another day. What are some of your favorite things?
Of course the trip all started with a little mishap in the resort pars lking lot. Our car was nicely parked outside while we waited inside for our room assignment. Cameron ran out to get a drink in the car and was gone for several minutes. He came back in saying someone hit our car. I was totally confused, but he went on to tell me there was a witness to the collision who told him what happened.

Apparently, an older gentleman underestimated the space he needed to park his car next to ours and hit the front driver side door. He then backed out to try again and... hit. Once more he made the attempt and was able to safely secure his car about 2 inches from ours making it impossible for anyone to get in or out. In addition, their side mirror was directly behind ours, so there was no way we could move our car. He then decided it was time for him to get settled in his room and left the car unattended. The witness went inside and told the manager. She went outside around the same time Cameron had gone out and they tried to assess the situation and figure out what to do. They called the police and considered it a 'hit and run'.

Well the guy who hit us came back to his car to unload his luggage and as Cameron asked him about the situation he denied any contact between the 2 vehicles, although there was clearly damage. The older gentleman then proceeded to ask Cameron if he wanted to fight while his wife tried to calm him down. The police arrived at the scene, we exchanged information and it was made clear this gentleman was no longer safe behind the wheel. The police officer kindly told his wife they were lucky it was just an empty car in the parking lot and not someone else. I feel bad for the gentleman, who was clearly not in his right mind to know that A) he did in fact hit our car, B) he was threatening to fight my husband to fight, and C) when the officer asked him to move his car, he stood directly behind it gazing at the sky. Let's just say the roads in California were safer after that day.

For the next week, we enjoyed time at the beach, seeing our great friends from law school, shopping, Legoland, and my first try at skim-boarding. We went on a whale watching tour and saw hundreds of dolphins and several blue whales. It was really cool! I spent part of the ride laying in the back of the boat with major sea sickness, but it was a fun experience and neat to see the animals up close. All in all, we had a great time and loved our condo in San Clemente. It was the perfect location for a little getaway. Here are a few pictures from our trip:
This requires me to be creative in coming up with new things to do. I've had several people ask me about what things you can do around town, so I've compiled a list of places we like to go or things we like to do.

Target - who doesn't love walking around the aisles of Target, especially if I let Sara push a little shopping cart from the toy department. We could spend hours in there.

Library - we like the library on Guadalupe and Greenfield (Southeast Regional). They have story times during the week and you can see the schedule here.

Mall - Superstition Springs has Kids Club on Thursdays at 10am with a little show and kids can ride the carousel for free between 11-1. But we like to go in the late afternoon sometimes too when we're bored just to play at the play place. We also LOVE the Fiesta Mall play area. It's huge and there are a lot of fun things to do. I was told once that mall is in the 'ghetto' and I shouldn't go there, but I like it and everyone there has always been pleasant. If you feel like a drive, the mall in Scottsdale has an amazing play area just outside of Nordstrom;s. It has 4 little houses with different themes and Sara loves it there. They also have a really big fountain and lots of great places for lunch. The mall at San Tan does have an outdoor play area, but it can get really crowded.

Parks: Tumbleweed Park is our favorite off of McQueen and the 202. It takes about 20 minutes to get there, but it's a blast and huge! Sara loves it, but it does have wood chips, so we wear shoes with socks. There's a ton of sidewalk for kids to ride bikes or scooters and the play structure is really fun. It also has nice bathrooms. Freestone Park is a little closer and fun, but the last couple of times we've gone, there's been a bunch of bees. The Train Park is Scottsdale is also really fun if you want to make the drive. It costs 10 dollars for 10 tickets and the kids can ride a train or carousel. There is also a really fun park there. There are several other smaller parks around, which are nice and convenient.

Zoo: An annual zoo pass to the Phoenix Zoo is actually really affordable if you enjoy going. It is about 25 minutes from where I live, but we always have a great time. As a member, you can get in an hour earlier than other visitors, but sometimes the animals aren't out yet. We usually go around 9 and walk around for a while, then go have a picnic in the kids area. There is also a really fun splash pad if you're there and it's on.

Toys 'R Us: I don't generally buy toys here, but it's sure fun to look and most of them have toys out they can play with or bikes they can ride around on. Sara loves to just go and look at all the fun toys and show me what she likes.

Barnes and Noble: I know they do story time, although we've never been. The Barnes and Noble on Val Vista has a train table that Sara loves and tons of books she can look at. There is also a little stage where she likes to sit and read to me.

Ikea: Ikea has free lunch on Tuesdays and it's yummy! The kids get free lunch and then we can walk around and look at fun stuff or just have lunch and then go to Pump it Up or Arizona Mills.

Those area the things I can think of for now, but I know we're always trying to think up other fun things to do, so let me know if you have anything you like to do with your kiddos. And if you'd like more information on things to do, check out Active Moms Magazine (it's free at the library and online) or the iheartmesa blog here. By Divine Designhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16540960077568290627noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3964390198456612924.post-2509692259183250482012-08-17T16:52:00.001-05:002012-08-17T16:52:52.355-05:00Back to School 2012Since my last post was back to school in 2011, I figure there's not better time to get back on the blogging bandwagon than with a "back to school" post for 2012. The last year has been a wild one full of adventure, traveling, trying to stay cool in the Arizona heat, 2 trips to Disneyland, dancing, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I will fill you in later, but for now.... Miss Sara is back in preschool for her second year at Ms. Nicole's Busy Bee Preschool. It took her 2 months to go without crying last year and so far, no tears. She loves Ms. Nicole. She went 2 days a week last year and is now going for 3 days a week . We are so excited and I'm looking forward to getting back to blogging and a few other hobbies I missed over the summer. So visit us often, I'll try to keep things up to date! Here is Miss Sara on her first day of school:
I get so excited about all the school supplies and snacks. You can just feel the excitement. It seems like school starts earlier every year, but maybe the summers are just going by faster and faster.

Sara started preschool this fall at the Busy Bee Preschool. She loves her teacher, Mrs. Nicole. She goes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11:30. It's perfect for us. She was a little nervous at first, but she is loving it. Here are a few pictures of her back to school:

She will be 3 in October and is growing up so fast. I am so lucky to be her mom. We have so much fun together and she is just my 'treasure girl'. She tells me all the time I'm her friend and I love it. Lately she has been obsessed with watching Tangled, eating cherries, playing with her baby, talking like crazy, and asking a million questions. She's so smart and inquisitive. It's amazing what she is able to understand. I think preschool will be perfect for her and she will love it.

It was so great to see them. We stayed with them for almost a month at their home in Heber City, Utah. I loved that Sara had a chance to see her cousins and grandparents. I loved being able to send time with my family again. We had such a blast! Here are some picture of our visit:

Thanks so much for your service. We are so blessed.

Tom Perry says, “Fatherhood is leadership, the most important kind of leadership. It has always been so; it always will be so. To do all of this requires that you live a family-centered life.”

As President Joseph F. Smith counseled: “Brethren, there is too little religious devotion, love, and fear of God, in the home; too much worldliness, selfishness, indifference, and lack of reverence in the family, or it never would exist so abundantly on the outside. Then, the home is what needs reforming. Try today, and tomorrow, to make a change in your home.”

“When you recognize the importance of teaching your children, you become humble. You cannot be one thing and effectively teach another. You must live and study and pray for the constant companionship of the Holy Ghost. Wish I could be there to celebrate with you, but I'm sure M and the girls & Will have something great planned. We could get a baby-sitter and go shopping to our hearts content with money from that money tree in your backyard.

For those of you that don't know my sister, let me just tell you a little bit about her. First of all, she's perfect. Not in like the never makes a mistake, although she may be that kind of perfect too, but she is just perfect. She has 3 adorable kiddos, never says bad things about anyone, makes everyone around her feel good about themselves, is such a great example, only watches reality TV while her kids are asleep, loves music, likes to go thrift store shopping, mowed her own lawn 9 months pregnant, has amazing skin, looks cute in anything, is so unselfish, not to mention soo soo pretty. And if that wasn't enough, she makes homemade bread and can sew. If I didn't love her so much, she would be the perfect person to really dislike. But you just can't, because she's so great!

So Happy Birthday to my little sister. I cannot wait for this day to come and go flying by. The bar and I have not been friends for a while now and I don't suppose we'll ever be friends. But I sure am ready for it to be out of my life.By Divine Designhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16540960077568290627noreply@blogger.com0
